The apartment is an ideal home base for a relaxing or adventurous holiday in Southtyrol. The RIttenCard, which is included in our prices, will offer a cheap and sustainable way of exploring our region.

Local tax of EUR 1.75 per night for those aged 14 and over will be added to the daily rate.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 2 p.m., or earlier if arranged so with us.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m.
Booking and payment
For a binding booking, we require a deposit, depending on the length of stay. This deposit will be stated in the offer and will only be retained if you cancel less than 1 week before your arrival.
Payment in cash or by bank transfer.
